But recently received some feedback from customers:
The weather is too cold, and the TC Oil received is crystalline. Many customers are worried that this is broken and can not be used.

In this case, I consulted the laboratory feedback. This is normal. When the temperature is relatively low, TC Oil is easily condensed into solids. When the temperature becomes high, or reintegrate the condensed product, it will get a normal liquid state TC Oil
